FAMILY HIKES PITZTAL
IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF THE ANCIENT ROMANS WITH THE WHOLE FAMILY
From Lake Piller we hike together on an old Roman path up to the Gachenblick. Continue to the Piller Moor and across blooming mountain meadows back to the lake. Accompanied by the supervisors of the Pitzi Children’s Club, it’s off on a voyage of discovery through forest, moor and meadows!

“Adventure Mountain” for the whole family MAXI-TOUR
(7 to 14 years and parents)
Take the Hochzeiger gondola to the middle station. From there continue to the Kalbenalm and via the Zirbenweg (for the smaller children there is also a shorter path) to the Hochzeigerhaus (large children’s playground). After the lunch break, things really get going again! Abseiling for young and old at the “Pitzi Felsen”, afterwards we walk back to the kids club.

MINI-TOUR
(3 to 6 years and parents)
From Jerzens (village) we hike to the Stuiben waterfall. From there down to Schön, into the valley to the stone bridge and through the Pitzen gorge via Kienberg to the fish pond.
Walking time: 2,5 hours
Adventure (hiking) day for the whole family
The smaller children walk via Villabassa directly to the fish pond (about 45 minutes). Once there, there will be fun and games with our childcare staff. Barbecue for young and old – followed by family Olympics.
Difficulty: easy
“Adventure Rifflsee” with the whole family
Joint ascent with the Rifflsee gondola. Hike around the Rifflsee with various nature games for the children. Lunch break at the Rifflsee Hut. The parents hike on the Panoramaweg to Mandarfen. The children ride the gondola down to the valley, then it’s off to climb the “Big Ben” climbing tower.
