You can get the Pitztal Summer Card at the partner business – Hotel Garni Kirchenwirt exclusively in Pitztal. Already from the first day you use most of the services. An exception are the services of the mountain railroads and the XP Adventure Park. Here you can decide whether to use the card on the day of arrival or departure.
Please note that you will only use one cable car each day (Hochzeiger, Glacier and Rifflsee) or the
XP Adventure Park
can use. In addition, you get free access to the other service partners such as museums, swimming lake, climbing hall, Boulderstadl, Ibex Center and ride the public bus in Pitztal free on all days!

Cafe 3,440
This is the highest retreat in all of Austria. And at the same time the exact altitude at which you move here on the roof of Tyrol. The panorama from Café 3.440 is indescribably beautiful. There is a wide view from the Zugspitze to the Dolomites or the Ortler massif.
Glacier safari in the summer months
If you like it, you can even dive into the icy worlds that the highest glacier in Tyrol has to offer in high summer. Here you can go on a glacier safari with guides. If desired, guests can be abseiled into a crevasse. An experience that can hardly be topped.
Raft ride on the Rifflsee
The Rifflsee is located at 2,232 meters in the middle of the ski area of the same name and can be easily reached by gondola. The Rifflsee is now one attraction richer: there you can check in on a raft, which has room for 60 people and sails along almost silently.
XP Adventure Park in Jerzens
If you love adventure, this is the place for you. The high ropes course offers extraordinary vacation experiences at airy heights.
Hikes in the Pitztal valley:
The Pitztal offers an abundance of hiking trails. A very special one leads to the protected Riegetal valley, which hides the enchanted Großsee lake. However, surefootedness is required here.
We are happy to share these unique moments with you on our guided hikes through the Pitztal Alps, take you with us on our trails and stop with you at the rustic huts and alpine pastures.
Hiking Tip:
To the Kaunergrat hut, the highest hut of the Pitztal. Our grandfather Johann Kirschner was involved in its construction.via the Fuldaer Höhenweg to the Taschachhaus. Here you can enjoy absolute silence and feast your eyes.
The Pitztaler Almenweg leads past waterfalls, Tyrolean grey cattle and lots of pure nature. In the nature-protected Riegetal with the enchanted Großsee, surefootedness is required. The Hochzeiger waits every year with new attractions.
The adventure tower in the shape of a pine cone with its twelve-meter-high viewing platform and 16-meter-long tube slide are breathtaking. An attraction that delights every visitor is the ZirbenWasser water playground with its fast-paced ride in the ZirbenCard. Healthy pine scent accompanies you!
Swiss Pine Park on the Hochzeiger:
You want to expand your senses with pine scent? Then you should make your way to the ZirbenPark. New attractions are added there every year. Highlights include the adventure tower in the shape of a pine cone with a twelve-meter-high viewing platform and a 16-meter-long tube slide. Another attraction that will put a smile on every visitor’s face – is the water playground (ZirbenWasser). Under no circumstances should you miss a speedy ride on the ZirbenCard.
