Cross-country skiers look forward to healthy altitude training. Ice climbers find fascination in the waterfalls. For those who love variety in winter, the snow sports school on the Hochzeiger is happy to introduce you to the use of snowbikes. Telemark is just as popular in the Pitztal.

You can also choose between the Rifflsee mountain railroad, the Hochzeiger mountain railroad and the Imst ski area. All to be enjoyed with one ski pass – the Pitz-Regio-Card. In addition to skiers, snowboarders also get their money’s worth: snowboard fun park, freestyle park and half pipe are available in Jerzens and on the Pitztal Glacier.

An emerging trend that can be observed in Pitztal. This means little elevation gain in the climb. But a lot of descent through the terrain with top guides.
PISTENBULLY DRIVING
Guests can take a live look behind the scenes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Freeride fans can look forward to spring every year. That’s when the toughest freeride race in the world: “Pitztal Wild Face” is held in Pitztal. From the start at Mittagskogel, riders face 1,510 vertical meters and 4.6 kilometers of unprepared terrain to the finish area. Each driver can choose his own path in the process.
SUN-DOWNER DRIVE
Maria Kofler from Sax ‘N’More (e) Motion to entertain you at Café 3.440: the sundowner is served with appetizers, and the spectacular view comes with it. Especially recommended is the Advent concert with “The Mayerin” at sunset.

The Hochzeiger snow sports school teaches young children from the age of three to have fun in the snow away from the slopes in a playful way with our mascots.
